City seeks TV Anchor and 4th of July parade volunteers

volunteer news anchor will be retiring so we are in need of a new
anchor! We are looking for individuals who are willing to commit to a
year of news anchoring on Kirkland TV, with only 1-2 hours needed per
month. Be the face of Kirkland as you update your neighbors on
important topics. No experience required. Auditions will be held.

4TH OF JULY PARADE!

The 4th of July is quickly approaching and we need a few good
volunteers to help with the parade!! Bring your friends, your family,
or get to know your neighbors. Better yet, come for the free t-
shirt!! Shift is from 9:30am-1:30pm. We need volunteers to act as
crowd and traffic management (crowd management volunteers ensure that
the public stays back from the moving vehicles and directs cars away
from closed streets) and as parade movers (movers ensure that the
