Take Five : Best Contemporary Tanka, Volume Four, needs help finding long list poets

Take Five : Best Contemporary Tanka, Volume 4, read over eighteen thousand poems and more than 180 venues during 2011 in order to select individual tanka, tanka prose, tanka sequences, and responsive tanka to select for the fourth and last anthology. As we have been finalizing the short list, we have been unable to contact the poets below who are on the long list. It is essential to be able to contact the poets so that we can obtain permission to reprint if chosen. We have tried all available resources to find these poets, so if we are not able to reach them in the next week (deadline, March 8), we will have to omit them from consideration.
