This forum will be of assistance to you.

The purpose of this forum is to share our knowledge and experience relating to the KwaZulu-Natal Planning and Development Act, 2008 (Act No. 6 of 2008).

Anyone can contribute to the forum by posting questions and answers.

The forum will be particularly useful for professionals who make applications on behalf of clients and municipalities that are responsible for considering applications in terms of the Act and the enforcement of the Act.

The forum is moderated by the Department of Co-operative Government and Traditional Affairs. The Department is responsible for the implementation of the Act.

KwaZulu-Natal is a province of South-Africa.
