Several users have indicated that when using the KNITRO-Matlab,
ktrlink interface on MacOSX, they get an error that it cannot locate
the KNITRO dll/library even though the "PATH" environment variable has
been set properly.

If Matlab gives an error message that it is unable to locate the
KNITRO dynamic library, and $DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH is set properly, try
starting Matlab from within a Terminal by typing "matlab" at a
Terminal command prompt (if this was not done originally).

If Matlab was launched by double-clicking on an icon, it may not have
inherited the environment variable setting for $DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
specified in /etc/profile or $HOME/.bash_profile.
