Hi all,
I'm presenting a talk on Lean / Kanban for software development at the next KC .NET User Group on Sept. 22. Details found here: http://blog.troytuttle.com/2009/09/speaking-on-kanban-kc-net-user-group.html
We may get into a little code during the talk, but the main thrust will be an introduction to Kanban for software development.
Also, if there is enough interest within this group, I would like to offer to do a Kanban talk for one of the monthly meetings.
