Today is Day 1
No Pass Day


Beginning today the main entrance will be the only doors open at the
beginning of the day. Everyone must enter the building via the main
doors. The gym and auditorium entrances will be locked. You may use
them during passing times only.

There will be no passing in the English Wing today due to testing.
You cannot enter even if you have a pass.


Library:
- Closed to students beginning today through Monday.
- All books are now due. Please return ASAP.

Lost and Found: Please check in the main office if you have lost any
items this year.

Caps and Gowns: If you did not pick up your cap and gown, please pick
up in the Attendance Office.


AP CLASSES FOR NEXT YEAR

AP Biology: Students must see Mrs. McFarland on Tues, June 17th
between 7:30 a.m. – 12 noon in rm. 192.

AP Chemistry: Students must pick up the summer assignment from Mrs.
Loh in rm. 260 or 265.

AP European History: Come to rm. 203 for summer assignment from Mr.
Roberto on Friday or Monday.

AP US History: Students please see Mr. Molloy in room 227 for your
summer reading assignment.


CLUBS & ACTIVITIES

Italian Honor Society:
- Please join us for a fun year end event as we host our first World
cup Soccer tournament. Games start at 3 p.m.
- Players need to be with their team and ready on the field by 2:30.
Team captains check in with the society president or Signora Fusco.

Exemplary Character and Citizenship Award Ceremony: Today at 2:15
p.m. in the auditorium.

Senior Awards Ceremony: If you were invited but not able to attend
last night’s ceremony, please come to the College & Career room to
pick up your envelope.

Renaissance: Final meeting today after school in rm. 242.

Elysium: Last meeting today. Please bring books and money from book
sales with you.

American Studies Regents Review Class: Today at 2 p.m. in rm. 233.

Yearbooks:
- Yearbooks will continue to be on sale this week while supplies
last. Cost is $80; cash only.
- John Jay apparel is in; pick up in the yearbook office. Extra
apparel available for sale during lunch periods.

Summer Reading Book Fair: Barnes and Noble is hosting a summer
reading book fair tomorrow. Come and enjoy the entertainment in the
evening and shop for your summer reading selections. Proceeds go to
the JJ Parent/Teacher Student Association.


SPORTS

Wrestling: Mandatory meeting today at 2 p.m. in the wrestling room.
Students interested in wrestling next season must attend.

Lacrosse: Meeting today 2 p.m. in the gym.

Senior Athletes of the Year: Congratulations to Allie Brown and Joe
Panik.

Spring Track: Karlie Dean will be competing at the NY State meeting
this weekend at the University of Buffalo. Let’s wish her our best.

Softball: Varsity and JV team members must return all uniforms to
Coach Schilling by tomorrow.
