Today is Day 4
Pass Day
Cap & Gown Distribution: Wednesday, June 11th during all lunch
periods in the café lobby.
Lost and Found: Please check in the main office if you have lost any
items this year.
CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
Yearbooks:
- Yearbooks will continue to be on sale next week while supplies
last. Cost is $80; cash only.
- The preorder list mix-up has been resolved.
- John Jay apparel is in. If you ordered clothing it can be picked
up at all yearbook selling periods. There will also be extra apparel
available for sale during all lunch periods.
Elysium: Elysium 2008 is here! The JJ Art & Literary magazine is now
selling for $3 from any Elysium member.
French Club: Last meeting of the year on Wed, June 11th from 2 – 2:30
in rm. 204.
Italian Honor Society: World Cup Charity Soccer Tournament will be
Tues, June 10th at JJ at 3 p.m. All profits will benefit the American
Association for Cancer Research. Come cheer on your favorite team and
help support our cause with a $2 donation.
Seniors: Senior T-Shirts are in. They can be picked up during lunch
periods in the café lobby. Limited extras first come first served.
Locker Clean Out: If your locker is located in the English, Math or
Business wing you should have emptied your locker and turned in your
lock to your homeroom teacher. If you have not done so already, you
must bring your lock to your homeroom teacher tomorrow. Thank you for
your cooperation.
Social Studies: Attention all students who have signed up for AP US
History next year. Please see Mr. Molloy in room 227 for your summer
reading assignment.
Italian Honor Society: Attention all Patriots. Students and staff
are invited to come to the World Cup Charity Soccer Tournament
sponsored by our society. All profits will benefit the American
Association for Cancer Research. The date is tomorrow, June 10 at
3:00 on our fields. Come cheer on your favorite team and help support
our cause with a $2 donation. GRAZIE.
SPORTS
Cheerleading: Informational meeting for parents and students on Tues,
June 10th at 7 p.m. in rm. 128. Students trying out should attend.
School sports physical is required.
Girls & Boys Cross Country: Informational meeting for anyone
interested in Cross Country on Wednesday, 6/11 at 2:00 in the Large
Group Instruction room.
Boys Soccer: CANCELLED today and tomorrow after school due to the
heat. If you have any questions see Coach Seipp.
Girls Soccer: Practice on Wednesday this week.
Girls Basketball: Weight room this week is cancelled. Mandatory
team meeting this Wednesday in room 112 at 3:30.
Due to the heat index today’s Exemplary Character & Citizenship Awards
Ceremony scheduled for 2:15 in the Auditorium has been postponed until
this Thursday, June 12, 2008. Same time; Same Place.
Tonight’s Sports Banquet has been cancelled. Have your student-athlete
check with their coach for individual team meetings.
