Beginning Thursday the main entrance will be the only doors open at
the beginning of the day. Everyone must enter the building via the
main doors. The gym and auditorium entrances will be locked. You may
use them during passing times only.


Cap & Gown Distribution: Tomorrow during all lunch periods in the
café lobby.

Library: All books are now due; please return ASAP.

Lost and Found: Please check in the main office if you have lost any
items this year.

Science Department Meeting with John Merlino: Will be held at 10:15
a.m. in rm. 192.


CLUBS & ACTIVITIES

Social Studies Review Class: Cancelled.

Mr. Roberto’s After School Regents Review: Cancelled for today.

Exemplary Character and Citizenship Award Ceremony: Rescheduled to
Thursday at 2:15 p.m. in the auditorium.

DDP Final Part A: Will still be tomorrow.

Mr. Shields Period 8 Chemistry Class: Check web page for homework
assignments.

French Club: Last meeting of the year tomorrow from 2 – 2:30 in rm.
204.

Science Olympiad: Final meeting tomorrow. We will have pizza and
hand out certificates.

Renaissance: Final meeting Thursday after school in rm. 242.

Italian Honor Society: Soccer tournament is rescheduled for Thursday.

AP US History: All students who have signed up for AP US History next
year, please see Mr. Molloy in room 227 for your summer reading
assignment.

Yearbooks:
- Yearbooks will continue to be on sale this week while supplies
last. Cost is $80; cash only.
- John Jay apparel is in; pick up in the yearbook office. Extra
apparel available for sale during lunch periods.

Seniors T-Shirts: Pick up during lunch periods in the café lobby.
Limited extras; first come first served.
Elysium: Elysium 2008 is here! The JJ Art & Literary magazine is now
selling for $3 from any Elysium member.


SPORTS

Cheerleading: Informational meeting for parents and students tonight
at 7 p.m. in rm. 128. Students trying out should attend. School
sports physical is required.

Girls & Boys Cross Country: Informational meeting for anyone
interested in Cross Country tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. in rm. 128.

Girls Basketball: Weight room this week is cancelled. Mandatory
team meeting tomorrow in rm. 112 at 3:30 p.m.

Girls Soccer: Practice tomorrow.

Boys Soccer: Cancelled today after school due to the heat. If you
have any questions see Coach Seipp.
