Expertise troubleshooting Outlook 2010 issues on Windows 7 desktop
Experience supporting migration of mailboxes using Quest tools (desired)
Experience helping users resolve issues face to face, using remote shared desktops, and over the phone
Able to travel to regional client offices to support mailbox migration cutovers
Good verbal communication and client interaction / people skills
ROLE: Exchange Administrator
Oklahoma City, OK
6-12 MONths
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRED SKILLS
Microsoft Exchange administration expertise, particularly with Exchange 2010
Proficient with PowerShell scripting for use automating Exchange administration tasks
Exchange 2010 high availability and load balancing experience
Knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs as they related to Exchange and Outlook
Experience implementing cloud based anti-virus & spam filtering services (e.g., IronPort, MessageLabs/Symantec Email Security.cloud)
Experience migrating Exchange mailboxes using Quest tools (desired)
Able to troubleshoot Outlook 2010 issues
