The owner/administrator of our sailing group died a few weeks ago.
We have a new webmaster for the website, but we need to switch over
the discussion group administration. Contact info, website URL etc.
has changed as well.

How do we do this? He did not leave ID or password information.

His wife can authorize the change if required.

First of all, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. As far as switching
ownership of the group goes, we'll want to look at some of your group
and account details that we probably don't need to discuss in this
forum. To keep these details private, please write to us at
http://groups.google.com/support/bin/request.py (select "Report a
technical problem") and tell us the name of the group, the owner's
email address, and the new owner's email address, and we'll do our
best to make sure your group is in good hands.
