Hi,
I would like to discourage fellow inventors from using legalzoom
patent service.
I was very confident when I filed my provisional patent with legalzoom
after reading so many press releases, but reality hit me hard.
Even after 4 months now, my provisional patent application is not yet
processed. They have terrible customer service, atleast to me it felt
this way. I am writing this review after waiting for phone for more
than 30 mins (I am still on hold)
When I send them email inquiry, they respond back saying that they
sent me some email which got lost, but never mention what was in that
email (my order status?)

Please stay away from these cheap websites.
