Friends- if you are a student, or know any students, please ask
them to sign onto this important petition to the Thai Prime
Minister in response to the recently relaunched war on drugs. Up
to 50% of drug users in Thailand are HIV+ as a result of policies
like this that drive people underground instead of promoting
