1)      Years of experience : One should be 8+ years of experience and other can between 6  to 8 years of experience

2)      Very good  in ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, C#, SQL Server, XML, Jquery

3)      Hands on experience in Enterprise Applications with strong working knowledge in Database objects and XML

4)      Job requires close customer connects and prior onsite experience will be a plus

5)      Very good communication skills with onsite and offshore co-ordination experience
