Apollo Planning Theme-Park Deal

In its first large leveraged buyout in about two years, Apollo Management LP is expected to acquire Ohio theme-park company Cedar Fair Entertainment Co. for more than $700 million, plus the assumption of more than $1.6 billion of debt, said people familiar with the matter.
