Conference Meeting Agenda for May 3rd

Greetings,

 

You are invited to attend a meeting of the Inter-Mountain Collegiate Cycling Conference (IMCCC) on Friday, May 3rd, 2013.

 

We will be welcoming to the helm our new Conference Director, Jordan Bracken, and also extending a farewell and thanks to Kimberly for all she has done!

 

Time: 3:30-5:00pm

Location: Summit Hotel & Conference Center, 247  24th Street, Ogden, UT

Agenda attached, outlining other business to be conducted.

 

Anyone who will be serving in a leadership role for a collegiate team in the 2013-2014 year is requested to attend (e.g., Presidents, VP's, Event Promoters, etc...). At minimum, each team should have at least 1-2 representatives. Furthermore, each team needs to come prepared with 2-3 possible dates for hosting events in each season (MTB: Aug-Sept, CX: Oct-Nov, Road: Feb-Apr).

 

All other IMCCC collegiate cyclists are encouraged to attend as well, if possible.

 

This meeting is also open to the public, especially to anyone with an interest in the continued growth of collegiate cycling in the IMCCC. Therefore, please extend this invite to all current and potential team members, and to anyone else who may be intersted (particularly if they could be a viable contributor or stakeholder in collegaite cycling).
