The LCLLC seeks to address issues related to the application of
inexpensive mobile computers to K-12 instruction in Illinois, educating
Illinois school technology decision-makers on available hardware,
relevant infrastructure and instructional issues, and best practices
for sustainable implementations of 1:1 & ubiquitous computing
initiatives employing inexpensive mobile computers.
