Static code analyser report on Hypertable

Hi

I run Coverity on Hypertable source.

Surprisingly, only two defects were found (actually more than two, but
the rest is insignificant, like memory leaks in test programs).

So, you guys, write code of very good quality !

1. In MasterProtocol::command_text() - buffer overrun in case if
command==8

2. In Protocol::string_format_message() - pointer 'event' is used
before checked for being NULL
