Subject: Total capacity
What is the total capacity (memory) for uploading files/documents/
ppts?  Google does determine the size for upload but not the capacity
for one's account.

"The Quick Answer
Docs: Each doc can have a maximum size of 500K, plus up to 2MB per
embedded image.
Spreadsheets: Each can be up to 10,000 rows, 256 columns, 100,000
cells, or 40 sheets--whichever is reached first.
Presentations: Files in .ppt and .pps formats can have a maximum size
of 10MB; files uploaded from the Web can be up to 2MB; emailed files
can be up to 500K."

Note the sizes mentioned are the sizes *after* conversion to Google
Docs own internal formats, this may sometimes lead to sad surprises.

And:
# Each user has a combined limit of 5,000 documents and presentations
and 5,000 images.
# Each user has a limit of 1000 spreadsheets.
# The limit on the number of spreadsheets that can be opened at the

You can't upload movies to Google Docs. You *can* reference YouTube
movies in Google Docs presentations but not insert them as files; the
reference will be used to play the movie, but only if the user is
connected on-line.
