I would like to have a column for each Checkbox option so I can sort
by who chose each checkbox. For instance, say I have a question

Hi everyone,
I am doing a new spreadsheet. I am trying to calculate a next best
purchase (kind of like an ROI). My answers are typically 0.012789%,
but when i tell it to set the formatting of the cell to Percent, i
only get 2 decimal places (0.01%) How would i set these fields to
show 4 decimal places, or even 5?... more »

I built a form and that now feeds responses into our spreadsheet --
great. BUT, now I need to add new columns to the spreadsheet. I did
that, thinking it would automatically update the form, which it did.
But now, when people fill out the new forms, that data appears at the
