Hey dakrone,

Regarding the svn broken in HeX, can you try this -

cd /usr/ports/devel/apr-svn/ && make install clean

I assume you have HeX installed and pull the ports already, so just
install apr-svn as the error seems to mean the issue with the absent
of libaprutil
