For this year’s Christmas Show HCT will put on two timeless classics,
"Gift of the Magi" based on the short story by O. Henry, adapted by
Thomas Hischak, and "O Holy Knight" by Patrick Rainville Dorn.

O. Henry's holiday favorite "Gift of the Magi" is about Jim and Della.
They are newlyweds with their whole lives before them. Both have vivid
imaginations and tell fantastic stories, creating a storybook world
for themselves. But then hard times come.

In "O Holy Knight" this mirthful, medieval Christmas story, a blizzard
has brought a motley mix of commoners, merchants and courtiers
together in a castle’s banquet hall. To pass the time, they all agree
to perform a Nativity pageant, hoping to raise the spirits of sad Lady
Dolores, whose husband is being held ransom in a foreign land.

Auditions will be October 13th and 14th at 6 PM. Brandy Vrchoticky
will cast and direct the production.
