Setting up users to order medication in VistA

I am trying to set up VistA Pharmacy in test, and allow test users to
order mediation. Can you tell me what keys and entries in the person
class need to be set up, and how the menu options are used to do this?

There is a menu item called "All the keys a user needs" Once you find the
menu you want the user to use, you assign it as a secondary menu (you can
have several) and then run the all the keys option and you will be told what
keys you need to assign. The secondary menus are assigned in the New Person
file.
