保留香港特色的元件才有價值，但方法可以很flexible，利用現有的service便行（順便可以介紹blog-you如何利用3rd
party service去建立網站，也是一條出路）。
Agreed. My goal is to encourage interaction in the HK blogosphere. So
to me, blogcast is just one component of it. In a way it's
"advertising" for one, but it's actually "putting it out there" so
your blog/contents reach wide and deep in HK blogosphere. Hopefully
this create an environment that pull interested people together and
interact.

性格和質數 is something hard to control in a blogcast, IMHO.... i.e. looked
at the blogcast from sina and others.....
What I found is even the signal-to-noise ratio is high, there are gem
in it. From time to time I found a blog or two interesting to add to
my RSS reader.

For me, I would like to see Blogcast and MyBlogLog reader. They are
very valuable. Both of them can let me know about "what HK bloggers
write and care about".
I highly want tutorial for blog/website-publishing, specific fit for
HK (Chinese and also international, multi-language, mass-culture,
etc).

chosen by blog-you adminisrator, i.e. semi-open editing environment.

In fact, are the objectives of HKBG and blog-you different in
objectives?
I personally think that HKBG discuss about blogosphere and blog-you is
a portal for bloggers.

Thinking more about "性格和質數". I think of some enhancements to blogcast,
a way to do feed tagging might come in handle, and provide RSS to each
tag. So, for people can keep an eye on a particular area of the
blogcast via RSS. The tagging can be done when bloggers add their feed
to the blogcast and by admin.
