The Sri Lanka Development Forum will be held in Kandy from 16-17, May
2005. The main theme of this Forum would be the post-tsunami recovery
and reconstruction process and the medium-term development strategies
of Sri Lanka.

The World Bank has published a report "Sri Lanka Development Forum 2005:
The Economy, the Tsunami and Poverty Reduction" which you can find here:
