1. repos now require HAppS 6.8

2. Lemmih is working on finishing a bunch of changes to the component
model to make it super-friendly, safe, and compositional

3. We have a new repo and website structure almost ready to be pushed
live that will allow us to establish stable and dev releases of the
various components.

Once we have these complete, we will declare release 0.9.2 and make it
the official release in a different spot then the current dev repos.
Searchpath will default to using the official release and we will try to
make sure that any future release won't break happs-begin or allin.
