study by the Institute for Corporate Productivity reveals that while
reliance on teams - especially the virtual variety - is not without
challenges, today's emphasis on collaboration ensures that teamwork
remains a high priority for businesses. More than three–quarters of
respondents said teams facilitate information - sharing to a high or
very high extent and 70% said teams encourage diverse thinking. […]
