I recently saw a TV report on Louisa von Minckwitz's agency for
international models in Munich.

She had discovered world-famous models such as JULIA STEGNER and EVA
PADBERG in their teenage years (at around 15).

She tells the young girls that their market value as a "Louisa
Model" may be up to 5000 Euro a day and, moreover, cares about that
the models are properly placed in advertising, meet the right people of
the scene and are prevented from any dangerous and slippery influences.
She's working approximately 100 hours a week.

The agency is taking 25% of the model's earnings.

Louisa stresses that, if the girls save most of their earnings, they
will have - at around 29 years - a great fortune that will last for
the rest of their lifes without having to bother for any additional
income.
