Can anyone point me in the direction of some good resources for setting
up recycling programs at outdoor events, estivals, concerts, fairs, et
cetera?

EP{A has put togetehr a Recycling on the Go web site at
http://www.epa.gov/osw/conserve/onthego/index.htm
that has some good information.
and our JTRNet archives have tow postings on Event recycling at

and http://www.epa.gov/jtr/jtrnet/evntrec.htm
