Now after Naples , Italy was and is sending its garbage to Germany for
disposal at WTE , now they are loading a ship up to go to the US to be
burned at a WTE site here. they need to learn to recycle.

One news story reported that the people of Naples want recycling but
can't get their politicians to implement. It's political will, not
the people.
