R-G editorial - "leaves not allowed only in high priority bike lanes?"

Uh oh.

A potentially damaging large editorial in the Register-Guard finally
gave our leaf plight some large press, but it got one thing wrong. It
said, repeatedly, that residents only need to keep leaves out of "high
priority" bike lanes, implying that other bike lanes are free game.

This is not the case, correct?

Could we get a slew of letters to the R-G to correct this? I already
got mine published for this month, so I'm out.
