A poll has been posted on the RG website about the leaf issue.
Though they got it totally wrong when they asked "Do you agree with the stance taken by the city of Eugene that prohibits residents from piling leaves in any “high priority” on-street bike lanes?"
since they aren't allowed in ANY bike lanes!
Go "VOTE" Yes anyway since we know what they meant!

That will help with the results. It would be easier to vote against
piling leaves in ANY bike lanes.

They do have a pretty good picture with the pole, showing a cyclist
having to ride in a line of cars due to a blocked bike lane.
