I am trying to list YMCA website on Local Business.
They would like to have YMCA website come under fitness & health club.
But, currently they are coming up under the terms such as "Youth" and
"YMCA"
Is there anyway that their YMCA site will come up along with 24 hour
fitness as a fitness business (Rather than Young Man Christian
Association ?)

Click on Business Solutions on the Google opening screen and then
select Business Maps.  You can then choose what category/ies you would
like your business to appear under.  That should help.
