HELP...I cannot find anyone to help me at Google.  My resume is
appearing at the following link when I type in my name on Google's
home page.

http://www.ndrgrnd.com/basecamp/basement/adminsantamonicaoffice/

My name is Shannon and I dont want to post last name in fear it will
show up elsewhere too, but its the only Shannon listed.

Can anyone help me by emailing [email address]?

First delete your post.  I was about to find not only your name but
also your address from the document with ease.

I've deleted the quoteback from _this_ reply so that doesn't
contribute.

Your real remedy is with the site's owners - the server is
misconfigured if it allows directory browsing and they're in breach of
a duty of care no matter what else.

Hi Shannon
You need to have those files removed from the website first. Once they
are removed, you can go throught the removal process as outlined in
http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=508

Hope it helps + good luck!
John

Curious. That article mentions:

Title: How do I remove a page from Google's search results?

* Change the content of the page itself
* Use a robots.txt file or include meta tags on the webpage. This
tells Google to exclude the site from search results.

Robots.txt wouldn't be a sure-fire way of removing an already-indexed
page though?
Article title is "How do I remove a page from Google's search
results?" yet answer talks about "exclude the site from search
results".

Maybe a little update to such an important page would be nice :)
Just a suggestion mind, and I'll stay quiet from now on!
