I'm a random happy blogger who does entertainment/humour/satire writing for fun and not for profit when I'm on my own. My website is http://www.fringeblog.com. I'm a web admin/seo guy for my marketing company. Glad to get to know people here!
I'm Becky, from Somerset in England. I got into all this by accident, driven by the good fortune of acquiring a decent url in 98. It all hinges round my hobby and interest of dogs - my first Afghan went to University with me and attended many seminars! The site started as an old FrontPage, then redeveloped into 2003 then into Dreamweaver. Latest rebuild was this Spring and I'm hoping that's it for a while! We're regarded as fairly authoritative and a lot of people phone expecting me to know the answer to everything.
We're now branding ourselves and seeing some rewards for all the work with a group of sites and an ecommerce shop which is in the throes of a re-build. What do I do when I'm not glued to the keyboard? Obviously, take the dogs for a walk!
I have been in Lean Manufacturing for some time and absolutely believe in it due to the results I have personally seen. Recently I began writing some articles about different subjects that tie into Lean and then decided why not start my own website.
It is http://www.understandinglean.com I am not selling anything at this time and don't know if I will. I do have Google AdSense and that's more to be of assistance to others for further information. The site has not be around long at all but I have tinkered with other sites in the past few years as I continue to learn. I really need to learn this crawling, pagerank, etc and the main reason I joined this site, so thank you for so much great information.
Another Googler here: I'm the Google Webmaster Tools technical writer, responsible for the Help content you see in the Help Center. I've been at Google since April, and I'll be focused on making our Help content as useful and accessible to our webmasters as possible. (Got opinions on that? Sure you do. Share them on this thread here: http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help-Requests/browse_...)
Personal bio: from Ireland, lived in Seattle since 1998 (accent slips from Galway to mid-Atlantic to valley-speak depending on context). Outside the office I read, hike, knit, and travel. I like to cook, mainly because I love to eat.

Hello everybody, I'm Noel Grech, from Malta. I run a small web design/ dev/hosting business, at http://www.angmalta.net
The information found in these group is great, keep up the good work! Out of work, I love car racing, swimming and enjoying a couple of beers in the evening (ok..maybe a bit more)
Hi All! I'm Rich B from the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina. I've been working in the computer industry since punch cards and just started my own website at www.beachtradingco.com. We currently sell a full line of professional tools and supplies for auto repair, paint and body, and air conditioning businesses. Just to keep it interesting we have a full line of high quality pedal cars and planes, and assorted other stuff.
When I'm not working (which isn't often anymore) my passion is flying airplanes and fishing. I'm a volunteer pilot Board member for Airlift Hope of North Carolina which used to be Angel Flight. We transport ambulatory patients for distant medical treatment at no cost to the patient.
Well it did say to be brief so that's all for now. Hi!
I'm Matt Montgomery from St. Clair Michigan. I work full time for www.fs4sports.com managing their e-commerce. I also do web template development for the ProStores e-commerce platform from my own business, www.onetakemediaonline.com .
I spend my free time playing games online (going to vegas for the Everquest convention next month), playing tennis, racquetball, and just generally enjoying life.
I'm Donna, an east coast transplant living just outside of Denver. I love biking and I'm on a constant search for good seafood here in the high desert!
I'm not a techie at all, but desperately needed to find a way to get out of the H/R and Administration field. Around Thanksgiving last year my sister, mother and I responded to a card we got in the mail, and went to a 'free' lunch to hear about a way to 'make money on the web'. I'll wait while you techies stop laughing... Yes, we walked out with a storefront package, but we now have 1 & ¾ stores up and running. Mine is Mama Mia Lingerie (www.mamamialingeriecom), and my sister's is Rotation Diet Superfood (www.rotationdietsuperfood.com).
I'm Gary, from Northumberland in England. I've only recently started my own website design businesses, i'm only doing it part-time as i have a full time job as a Support Worker for homeless people in Durham. I'm hoping my website business will become full time in the future (people do say patients is a virtue!), who knows???.
Anyway, if anyone would like to take a look at my site heres the url -
Ciao-Ciao! My real name is Kirkudu, and not Bambarbia... Tokenizer runs me: http://www.tokenizer.org If your site is under stress... please send an Email to the robot: http://www.tokenizer.org/bot.html (This robot grabs large Internet stores only) Website currently has only 50 users a day, so it looks extremely fast... network & server capacity allows 200-300 thousands of pageviews a day. Can you publish a review at Amazon? Thanks
