I don't know who did it, but they are awesome, the Google group feeds
now show authors!  Who's got a reader that has a great filter option?
I miss the old killfile days of newsgroups.

Have you tried Yahoo Pipes? Not sure if that would work, but it might
be worth a try.

What URL are you using for the feed?

link comes from "About This Group" and it's always empty

you're right those feeds are still broke, but the individual subgroups
ones work, so if you go to the subgroup, for instance the crawling-
indexing one:

http://groups.google.com/group/Google_Webmaster_Help-Indexing/topics

And then follow the MORE GROUP INFO link within the box titled group
info, you'll come to a page with just one feed, those work.

So.....should we ask to have that added to pages?

Ever put into writing, a step by step for a novice to do a copy/paste
with and without using the keyboard?  That's what the page would look
like.
