Our friend JohnMu is sick.  Thankfully not gravely sick, just beset by
your usual cold/flu.

However, we fellow Guides thought he'd get more rest and recover more
quickly if he didn't check his e-mail and this group every 3.14
minutes, so we're posting this Get Well and Step Away from the
Computer note publicly.

Hi John!  Now go back to bed!  The rest of us got your back :)

With chicken soup 'n' love,
The Webmaster Help Team

So who's been tasked to remove the batteries from his laptop ?

Get well soon from me too, John; it's been good having you back
holding the ring.  My recommendation is toblerone-flavoured hot
chocolate with something fortifying in it ;-)

All the best

Becky

You could keep the Toblerone out of it, give it to the kids, and take
just the fortifying part ;)

Hurry up and get well John.

The world is in grave peril if the SuperMu is sick.

Surely this is a sign of the 'end times' being upon us. ;-)

In any case... I'm with Chris... forget the Toblerone, just
'disinfect' yourself properly using something naturally distilled.

Get well soon.

Yeah, right.

Unless you take his 'puter away, shackle him hand and foot to his bed,
this ain't going to do a whole lot of good.

"A" for effort though.  :-)

Seriously though, not that I was being totally not serious, I hope you
get well soon John!

But if you are reading this and ignoring the advice of your co-
conspirators, I'm going to go to Zürich and give you a real reason to
take it easy!

Just doing my bit to help out.  :-)

Craig

John's SuperFlu luckily prevents him from typing in passwords, so
there's a tiny chance that he stays in bed for more than pi minutes.

Get well soon John!

That wouldn't be 3.141592653589793 would it?

(Genuinely from memory.  It was a long time ago. http://www.hp41.org/Intro.cfm
- and I've had mine 27years now.

> With chicken soup 'n' love,

I just _LOVE_ American (Jewish type) chicken soup - but I'm a Type 2
Diabetic - do you think I can ever get them to leave the dumpling out?

The best to John.  It did occur to me, late last year, that the
rumoured T-shirts could be replaced by Mu-metal hats.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu-metal

Anyway, all the very best to the lad.  We all eagerly await the next
turquoise G followed by his name.

(Well, it looks turquoise here.  You can call it blue or green or
whatever.)

Thanks for your posting, Adam :-).

I'm slowly getting better, killer flu it is. So much for hoping that
the flu shot would keep me malware-free. Heh.

Becky, toblerone-flavoured hot chocolate with something fortifying
sounds good, but I think I'll wait until tomorrow; depending on what
you count as "something fortifying" :-)

Webado, the kids are already running around doing whatever they want,
I doubt there's any toblerone left.

Don't worry, JLH, we have a lot of great people working on keeping the
Force strong here :-).

Sasch, see? time is still running :-).

Craig, I must have missed you here, heh, maybe next time we can meet
up :-)

Sebastian, yep, those passwords are a pain, especially those that
require cooordination (shift ............. key).

Phil, perhaps I should have worn my Mu-metal hat... I bet it wouldn't
let much through :-).

Thanks everyone for keeping things going here! I'll be back in full
force soooooon.

John

Hey, you're up and about:)

Hope you feel much better soon.

And the best (nastiest?) thing you can do to the &^*^&^* who gave you
the ineffective flu shot is give them a taste of the flu. Go shake
their hand - that will do it ;)

Not till tomorrow?  You have had it badly :(

Fortifying? - if we're being regional Kirsch should be right, though
the warmth of Fundador  when it's comfort time works for me.  Very,
very well ;))

Maybe the flu shot was an older AV version?
Did they download the latest update?

In any case, You'll beat it the old fashoned
way. With everyone pulling for you, you
can't go wrong.

So glad you are getting better,
Tim (Abracadabra)
