  Excuse me.... &lt;br&gt; you are not addressing the problem at hand are you? &lt;br&gt; You seem to be changing the point that there is an error in the tools. &lt;br&gt; If you want an answer from me about the legitimacy of my websites, &lt;br&gt; they are legitimate. &lt;br&gt; Yes, they are still being enhanced (under construction as your put &lt;br&gt; it), but then what website is perfect and never changes?

  I hope you are not trying to submit for indexing parked domains, for &lt;br&gt; sale domains or any site that&#39;s under construction. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Indexing is for real websites with real unique content, not for any of &lt;br&gt; those temporary setups.

  I have to manually verify using webmaster tools every week because the &lt;br&gt; tools say &#39;NOT VERIFIED&#39; &lt;br&gt; It goes on to say &#39;We were unable to verify the site because your home &lt;br&gt; page returns 200 (success) in the header&#39; &lt;br&gt; (these aren&#39;t the exact words, but I have 200 hosted domains / &lt;br&gt; websites (all legitimate IIS entries) and have to manually verify week
