Subject: Removal of my usenet post from Google Groups, when email in-accessible.
Hello Everyone!

I hope all of you are having a fine morning / evening / afternoon etc.

Well I have an old usenet post floating on Google groups. My old email
is not accessible. I requested Google to remove them via this form:

http://groups.google.com/groups/msgs_remove

However, it has been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them at all!

I believe I have provided them with all information requested on the
form.

Can anyone suggest how long it would take for them to at least respond
back? Anybody has had success with doing this?

I feel that Google's customer support is very weak. In the past I have
had to deal with Yahoo and Ask.com's support departments. Not only
were they very quick and interactive but they even gave me a chance to
justify and explain my concerns. Compared to them, Google heavily
relies on auto-responders and tactics that make you wait and wait and
re-request and wait again and re-request and re-write and wait .. oh I
am so tired!
