I have a site with 600 back links in webmaster console but when I
download them all via the "Download all external links" link, its only
downloading 480 or so of them.

Anyone else getting this?

I'm having a similar issue.  I have several sites in the console that
I "track".  Like everyone else, when I click "links>pages that link to
yours", I get the number in a hyperlink.  For some of my sites, I
click it and it expands out to show me the URL's of all the sites.
But, for a couple of them, it shows a number but when I click it to
see who they are, it returns "a no links found" response.  Mine is
more of an all-or-none result rather than a partial list like you
have. Either way, it's pretty screwy.  I hope it's just a bug and not
something I need to be concerned with...I guess we'll see.

Something is not working.  I cant download any links now, it just
hangs...

I am too.  On my first attempt, it took a considerable amount of time
for Google to provide me with my link data, but then it didn't show
anything.  It just showed a blank CSV document with the column names.
On the second attempt, it timed out completely.
