The page in question is the home index page of www.sprachdirekt-london.de

All the other pages return no errors and are listed in the index.

The home page also seems to be removed from the index altogether and
home page does not sho up for site:www.sprachdirekt-london.de

I have just uploaded the sitemap.xml and included the robots.txt
file.

Are you suggesting that Google is no longer indexing www.sprachdirekt-london.de
and www.sprachdirekt.de because they have the same registrant and that
they link together? Should I unlink them and submit a re-inclussion
request.
