Subject: Crack software sold on sites on blacklist buy reached by Google keyword search

As we all know, there are specific sites which sell hacked/cracked
commercial software products (including all of the big ones, Adobe,
Symantec, etc., for $20) and that are on several blacklists. However,
they show up #1 on Google keyword searches. How do we inform Google of
this? These known thieves need to have their specific IP addresses
blocked in Google searches. I can't find any connection on Google as
to how to do this. Can anyone help?
