Subject: verifying a template website

I have a template website, www.carmel-mortgage.com It allows me to add
the verification meta tag, page source shows it in the correct place,
but unable to verify still.

The full website address is www.carmel-mortgage.com/index.rad so I
tried to add that URL but it said no.

What can I do? there are A LOT of people with template websites...

I believe your meta verification isn't working because the HTML source
of the page at http://www.carmel-mortgage.com/ doesn't actually
contain the verification meta tag; instead it has the following meta
redirect:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=index.rad">

If you can't change the source of the page at http://www.carmel-mortgage.com/
, try verifying your site by uploading an HTML verification file
instead of using a meta tag.
