Hi,
You need the XML declaration
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
to be at start of file.

The error that I am getting now with
http://www.fordmuscle.com/sitemap_test3.xml
is that the XML declaration
is not at the start of the first line,
there is a BOM (byte-order mark)
and an empty character before it,
you need the XML declaration to be at start of file.
