How on earth did you come up with such url's? You never meet them when navigatin the site http://www.what-we-have-wrought.com/ - whatever gave you the idea they exist?
The public_html is definitely not part of either website's folders. public_html is the root folder in which the main domain is located, the same as www - it's not part of any url's.
The sitemap for the domain http://www.what-we-have-wrought.com/ has to have all its urls on that domain. Whether it's an add-on domain or not is irrelevant.

That's what google came up with. I put the site map on what-we-have- wrought, but google gave me all those error messages. I agree, it should look like how you have it there, but google tells me there are errors, and I don't know how to fix it. What should I do next??? Roshana

If you wish to use a sitemap file for both domains you should make sure that they are in separate files. If the files are hosted on the same server, just use different file names and submit them accordingly.
