We had a short amount of downtime with the tool, but it should be
working now.

If someone's still reading along -- a suggestion: how about moving it
into the webmasters console and displaying *all* removals that are
running for the verified domains? Imagine buying a domain name that was
manually removed just before the transfer, you'd never figure that
out...

Yep, neat idea, John.  We're definitely interested in moving as much
stuff into the Webmaster Console as we can... providing more info,
interaction, etc.  Lots of good stuff to come...
