No, I didn't mean to "request reconsideration", I meant to report that
the other site had taken your site's content.

Actually, that other site Volantis is at least attempting to offer the
content in a form more suitable for handhelds.

I think it very unlikely that the cause of your drop from the indexes
is due to Volantis copying a page.  Even if it was counted as
duplicate content it is very unlikely to lead to the total deindexing
of your site.  And I think I read somewhere that content that is
clearly intended for a different platform (eg handhelds) is not
treated as duplicate anyway (i.e. duplicate of PC-targeted content).

And Volantis do/did have a link back to your own site so it might
actually be beneficial to you!
