I agree with Phil .. I also looked at the site. Very nice..er...er...er.. picture. LOL .. Your home page I do not feel it is over optimized. There is no spam It is well structured seo wise. I did find some bad links at http://www.bad-neighborhood.com/text-link-tool.htm you migth want to check that out. the site is not that accurate though.
