Yes.

Fix the navigation to ONLY use the www version of the domain (or use
relative addresses).

If you have previously submitted the non www version to Webmaster
Tools, remove it.

Submit the www version. Get it verified.

Set the preferred domain in Webmaster Tools to the www version.

If you want to submit a sitemap for it, make sure all urls use the www
version.

Be patient for a while. Keep an eye on what the site: query shows. In
time all non-www urls will have switched over to www. Might take a
couple of weeks or longer, depends on how big the site is and how
often it gets crawled.
