Technically, a web page title can be infinite BUT that being said,
most browsers have a limit on how much of it they will display. I
would suspect search engines have not only a limit on how much of it
they will display, they may also set a limit on how much of the title
the bot will read. If you ask because you want to use a paragraph as
a title so it can be chucked full of keywords, I suspect Google
already is wise to the trick.
