Hi.
- - - - - - - - - - - -
I can see that you have redirected traffic from the Old Site to the
New Site.
Are you using a 301 Redirect?
Are you pointing any page requests to the equivelent on the new site/
domain?
e.g.
if someone clicks on a link to see... www.crystal-gift.1freecart.com/i/6381/crystal-dragon.htm
will it take them to... www.crystal-gift.co.uk /i/6381/crystal-
dragon.htm
or just point to the root/index/home page?
You may also want to have a look at your url canonicalization.
It's all well and good redirect the non-www requests to the www
version... but I would try to make sure that any request for;
http://crystal-gift.co.uk/i/6381/crystal-dragon.htm
went to
http://www.crystal-gift.co.uk/i/6381/crystal-dragon.htm
instead of
http://crystal-gift.co.uk/
(that way any links to specific pages that are to the old site, or not
usign the preffered URL strucutre still get to where they should be
going (keeps users happy, bots may like it and you may keep some of
hte PR/link juice from those links?).

As for duplicates, I went through the site quickly.
When you select a product from a category, it takes you to the product
page as a unique entry, so you shouldn't have to many duplicate page
with the same content on (e.g. I didn't go to /category1/snail1 /
category44/snail1 etc.).
That said, you do seem to use the same text repeatedly throughout the
site... which is kind of bad.
As a visitor, I would hat e to read the same thing again and again and
again... which is what seems to be happening.
This may also bore the bots as it were... so if possible, provide
unique, informative details per product, and avoid using the same
text repeatedly.

As for crawling... no idea how often/fast.
I know that the more "popular" your site is, the more likely it is to
happen.
Also, if your site is regularly updated, the bots may take a little
more interest in it )so long as the changes/additions are good quality
ones), that seems to help a little too.
No gaurentees though.

For the links... I prefer to have both types... links to a specifc
page/item etc.... and links straight to my home page.
Both have uses, and it depends on why someone is linking to you.
If they think the whole site is interesting, then they may go for the
root... if they have interest in a specific item, they may just link
to that.

For the cahce... when did you do the change over?
When was you new site last crawled?

Well, hope that helps a little.

On a side note, you need to fix that search!
I did a search on both "baby" and "Cat Sitting"... and got no returns
at all!
